Thanks to iSweatFit we have now gotten hooked to virtual training sessions - if you have the right space and some basic equipment you can be sure to not miss your physical box or gym. The workouts are super fun, effective and tailored / scaled to all fitness levels and needs including my wife who is in her 5th month of pregnancy . The coaches ensure to keep you motivated by promoting the culture of community and competition, keeping a personalized attention to your performance. Look out for their Monday’s and Friday’s WOD - they might leave you dead on the floor but also wanting for more as there is highest attendance on these two days.
